Make an Appointment

To make an appointment, you must be a registered patient on the Vermont Marijuana Registry and have selected CeresMED as your dispensary. Once you’ve taken those steps, make an appointment at your selected dispensary.

New CeresMED South patients may visit either CeresMED-Brattleboro or CeresMED-Middlebury for Initial Consultation appointments. Please note that all new CeresMED patients must visit CeresMED-South Burlington for Initial Consultation appointments.

What To Bring With You

  • Please review our COVID-19 page for detailed protocol on all dispensary appointments.
  • New Patients: To help prepare for your first appointment and to save time, please download our New Patient Welcome Packet. You’ll see that one is a survey so we understand your condition, three documents require your signature and the remaining three are educational about the program. Please read and complete as requested and bring them along to your first appointment.
  • Your Vermont state issued Medical Marijuana Card indicating CeresMED as your designated dispensary. You will need this at every visit.
  • A second state or government issued photo ID for verification. You will need this for your first visit only.

Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, our Burlington location is temporarily closed.
CeresMED – South Burlington
Monday – Saturday 9am-4pm
CeresMED – Brattleboro
Tuesday – Saturday 9am-4:30pm
CeresMED – Middlebury
Wednesday – Saturday 10am-5pm

Payment Options

*At CeresMED: we are requesting that all transactions use AeroPay for contactless payment via bank-to-bank transfer. You will need a smartphone or tablet with a camera to use this payment option. To learn how to activate your AeroPay account, click here. Cash is also accepted. Please plan accordingly before coming to your dispensary appointment and activate your AeroPay account before coming to the dispensary.
*At CeresMED South: *we are requesting that all transactions use AeroPay for contactless payment via bank-to-bank transfer starting December 18th, 2020. You will need a smartphone or tablet with a camera to use this payment option. To learn how to activate your AeroPay account, click here. Cash is also accepted and the temporary acceptance of checks will continue through the end of January 2021. Please plan accordingly before coming to your dispensary appointment and activate your AeroPay account before coming to the dispensary.

Cancellation/Inclement Weather Policy

We understand things come up! We no longer charge a cancellation fee but if you can’t make your appointment, please give us a call so we can make the time available for another patient.

It is our mission to ensure that patients have access to their medicine. We do our best to remain open in the event of inclement weather so that we can honor scheduled appointments. Generally, we follow the closing decisions of school districts in Chittenden, Addison and Windham Counties.
